There are two primary ways to contact ALC. First, you may speak to a receptionist, any member of our admin team, or an academic coordinator. Second, students and parents may use the ALC Connect App to contact us by tapping on “Ticket.”
If you need to contact ALC for support, we will make every effort to provide you with a satisfactory response. Our administrative team is knowledgeable about the center's policies and can help with most questions and requests.
Our staff apply published ALC policies consistently and will explain the reasons for decisions when needed. If you have a question about a decision or feel that a concern has not been resolved, you are welcome to ask an academic coordinator or follow our Complaints process. We want everyone to feel comfortable raising questions respectfully, while recognizing that published policies apply to all students.
