How to Raise a Concern

We welcome feedback and complaints, and we aim to address them fairly and promptly.

For ordinary classroom concerns: We encourage you to speak with your teacher first, if you feel comfortable doing so. Many issues can be resolved through a respectful conversation. If the issue remains unresolved after one week, you may contact an academic coordinator or submit a written complaint.

For serious or sensitive concerns: If your complaint concerns bullying, harassment, discrimination, suspected abuse, threats, or student safety, contact an academic coordinator or center management directly and promptly. You do not need to approach the teacher or other person involved, or wait one week. Such concerns will be handled as discreetly as possible and in accordance with the center's applicable safety and safeguarding procedures.
