The following rules apply to all students.

1. ALC cannot guarantee that siblings will have classes at the same time.
2. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Late re-registration may result in the loss of the previous session's schedule.
3. No deferrals or refunds will be possible from the week prior to the start of the session.
4. The center reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than 8 registrations.
5. All students must present their ALC i.d. card when they enter the center and at each exam.
6. Make-up exam fees (subject to conditions) => 250 DHS.
7. Payment by check (made payable to the American Center) and credit card are accepted.
8. Students whose classes have been canceled may request a refund.
9. A prolonged absence will not, under any circumstances, result in deferral of registration or a refund.
10. Course textbook fees are not included in the registration fees and are required for the first week of the session. After the second week, students without course textbooks may be refused entry to class or blocked from future registrations.
11. Expulsion is possible (without refund) for disruptive behavior or improper attire. Students and parents are requested to read the Student-Parent Commitment document before registering at the ALC.
12. Email addresses and WhatsApp phone numbers must be updated with our office in case of changes or modifications. Changes may be made in-person at the admin desk.
13. The Center is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
14. Schedule changes after the second week will be subject to a fee of 250 DHS under certain conditions and will depend on space availability.
