Special summer programs
Children: Ages 4 to 11
- Children remain in the same level for the entire academic year.
- Toddler Program (age 4)
- Pre-Child Program (age 5)
- Child Program (ages 6 to 11)
- Six levels. Children in levels 1, 2 and 3 are placed English aptitude and by age. Children in levels 4, 5 and 6 are placed by English aptitude.
Juniors and Young Adults: Ages 12 to 14
- Juniors and Young Adults advance one level per term.
- Junior Program (ages 12 to 14)
- 12 levels. Students advance one level per term, or 3 levels per academic year.
- When reaching the age of 15, juniors take an adult placement test and move to the appropriate adult level.
- Young Adult Program (ages 12 to 14)
- Reserved for high-level students who have finished Junior level 12.
- When reaching the age of 15, students in the young adult program have the option to:
- Take an adult placement test and move to the appropriate adult level; or
- Remain in the young adult program through age 16. Prior to turning age 17, take an adult placement test and move to the appropriate adult level.
