Course Description

Strategic Management is for professionals and university students seeking strategic thinking skills, and anyone interested in how companies succeed—or fail—strategically. It includes interactive lectures, case studies, extended group discussions, applied tasks, and reflective learning.

This module helps you understand how organizations make important long-term decisions and how leaders guide their organizations toward success.  Through real-life examples and extended group discussions, you will learn how companies grow, adapt to change, and respond to challenges in competitive environments. Ahmed Amine Lektati holds an MBA in Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and serves as a project manager for the American Cultural Association, leading its 12 American Language Centers through the complex Eaquals accreditation process. He also serves as Academic Coordinator at ALC Rabat. Since joining ALC in 2016, he has taught General and Business English, and he also mentors educators, coordinates ALC Rabat’s Cambridge CELTA course, and supports learners as a trainer and proctor.

Before ALC, he gained international experience in hospitality and customer service, working at a five-star hotel and Hamad International Airport in Doha. He also earned a European Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, a TEFL degree from the École Normale Supérieure, and a B.A. in English Language and Linguistics from Mohamed V University in Rabat.
