Sometimes you may need a different class time or feel that your current English level is not right for you. Here's how to request a change.

Changing Your Class Time

Choose your class schedule carefully when registering. Many classes fill early, so changes depend on available seats and may not always be possible.

• Regular sessions: You may request a change free of charge during the first two weeks.
• Accelerated and intensive sessions: You may request a change free of charge during the first two days.
• After these deadlines: A 250 MAD class-change fee applies, provided a seat is available.

To request a change, visit the administration desk and bring your original registration receipt.

If You Think You're in the Wrong Level

We want students to study at the level best suited to their English ability. Our placement process considers test results together with writing and speaking skills, but occasionally a student's assigned level may need to be reconsidered.

If you believe you have been placed in the wrong level, speak with your teacher or an academic coordinator as soon as possible. They will review your situation and, if appropriate, recommend a more suitable level.

Skipping a Level

Skipping a level is possible only with a written recommendation from your teacher.

Once that recommendation has been made, ALC administration will determine whether an evaluation interview is required. Any move to a higher level also depends on available seats.
