Do you need help logging into Canvas?

  1. Confirm you are using the correct URL: **https://alc-rb.instructure.com/**
  2. Confirm the email address on file at the ALC admin desk. You must have a unique email address that is not in use by another ALC Rabat student. Your email address is your Canvas login I.D.
    1. If you are a new student at ALC and have not yet shared an email address at the admin desk, you have been assigned a temporary Canvas login I.D. Enter alcrabat#####@gmail.com, and replace ##### with your ALC student i.d. number. Your temporary Canvas password is 123456678.
    2. After logging into Canvas change your password in by navigating to Account / Settings / Update Settings. You may continue using your temporary login i.d. or you may visit the ALC admin desk to replace that i.d. with a functioning email address.
  3. If necessary, visit the ALC admin desk for immediate assistance.

Do you need help with your final exam on Canvas?

Important note about exams on Canvas: Whenever possible, exams should be taken through the Canvas website, not through the Canvas student app. The website link is https://alc-rb.instructure.com/

Students requiring assistance with a final exam should send an email to [email protected]. In the email, please explain the issue you are having. You will be contacted by email or WhatsApp with a solution and, when warranted, an extension of exam deadline will be offered.
